Truly some of the best coffee I've had. Food looked good, though I did not try yet. Nice environment inside with a few tables and a few bar seats. I've ordered black drip coffee, the beans were "the OG aka Jeff".

modcup is a delightful coffee shop, their coffee taste amazing because their coffee beans are roasted on-site. Its laptop friendly with plenty of space, outlets, atmosphere. The cold brew are absolutely amazing, made with a cold brew Kyoto style. My favorite was thier cold brew with notes of strawberry

Firstly, the service was great and the barista was very kind and helpful. The loss of a star is strictly a reflection of one thing: I don’t really understand why they don’t have sugar free flavors/syrups. The coffee is reasonably priced, it’s high quality, and the iced latte was solid, but it’s a total killer when they only have sugary syrups to flavor their drinks. It’s a personal health choice for me, but for some it might be a necessity (e.g. diabetes, etc…). In my opinion, it’s a necessity for any fully stocked coffee shop. Grind down the street has a couple sugar free flavors and more milk alternatives, so I’ll probably keep going there.
